To begin with, we aren't even talking about health care, we are talking about who is paying for your health care. There's an old proverb that the person who pays the band gets to pick the songs.
If you are in a health care system where someone other than you are paying the health care workers and facilities, you are getting only what they offer you.
When you are not paying, if they run out of money, they will be making decisions about your life and you'll have no say in the matter.
They may even lock the hospital doors, put armed guards outside and refuse to let you seek care anywhere else because they have decided the only thing you are entitled to do is die.
I've watched England do that several times now and each time I see them do it, I see the same evil I saw in Hitler's Germany. Not even different from Hitler's Germany as the German people agreed to the plans of those leaders too.
If you want free stuff, you were failed by everyone in your life who could have easily told you free is a two-sided coin. You can't have "free" without "responsibility". That responsibility may come in many forms. Money, taxes, labor, life, death... who knows what those in power will decide is the required price.
#walkaway from snake oil salespeople like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. They are selling dreams with money you don't have and could not afford to pay.
